i am a half-greek, genderqueer tranny. interested in traveling, building connections between struggles, critical theory, and possibly being a teacher someday. i have taught high school but currently am conflicted about whether or not i even want to go into that fucking system or not.

i recently came out as trans earlier this fall and am currently struggling to find my radical queer community that is interested in combatting racism and transphobia within queer communities, and seeing the connections between various forms of oppression and neoliberal capitalism.

As Radical Queers, we are in a constant war against the HRC. Our frustrations run much deeper than ENDA or any other single issue. However, I have often found myself unable to substantiate my frustrations when talking with more mainstream "LGBT" folks.
